Cultivating Healthy Organizational Practices

 

With a focus on cultivating healthy organizational practices, Peace Learning Center (PLC) offers its Leadership Series every second Tuesday of the month from 8:30am -10:00am. These sessions are a great networking and learning resource for those interested in advancing healthy organizational practices within the workplace and community.

Reserve your spot today to learn how to make and support the "right" businsess choice even when that decision is unpopular.

Unethical decisions in the workplace occur for many reasons.  Sometimes people make unethical choices because there is not clarity around what the “right” choice or decision might be.  Misguided loyalty is another reason for unethical conduct on the job. Often, ethical problems are complicated and the proper choice may not be obvious.  Through real-life business situations, learn ways to address behavior that may border on unethical practices and how leaders in some companies have chosen to address these behaviors by leaning back on their company values.
