Job search Spanish Specialist  Program Facilitator PLC

Peace Learning Center seeks a full-time bilingual Spanish Specialist Program Facilitator to facilitate social emotional learning, restorative practices, equity & justice workshops, and conflict management programs with PreK-12th graders, general and marginalized youth in classrooms (30+ students), as well as parents, and adult professionals.

Must be highly engaging, exceptionally organized, proficient in scheduling programs for schools/organizations, open to ongoing learning/self-reflection, commitment to personal anti-racism work as well as support institutional anti-racism goals, and display a commitment to excellence and a collaborative spirit. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English proficiently (this position requires translating). Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field and/or two years direct service experience working with youth and/or adults facilitating programming. Most work occurs off site. Must have reliable transportation, may be asked to do manual labor of setting up/tearing down tables/chairs for workshops.  Expected hiring range  $36,000-39,500 ($17-19/hr) depending on experience.
