Here’s how you can support Mental Wellness in May and beyond

  • Check in with yourself and others. Ask, “How am I really feeling?” Be honest. Be gentle. Extend that same care to someone else. 

  • Learn and share. Knowledge empowers action. Share resources, attend a workshop, or follow organizations doing the work. 

  • Break the silence. Talk about it. Share your story. Let others know they’re not alone.

  • Be part of the healing. Volunteer, support youth wellness, or donate to programs focused on emotional well-being.
