Join Peace Learning Center for a three-hour Personal Peace Practices session led by Tim Nation, PLC Co-founder and Executive Director. Participants will learn simple tools for calming the body, recognizing emotions, and responding to stress with greater intention.

- Reflection on stress, anger, and personal responses to conflict

- A nature walk through the Peace Learning Center grounds

Who Should Attend?
This workshop is open to anyone who wants to build a calmer, more intentional approach to daily life.
It may be especially helpful for people navigating stress, caregiving, workplace pressure, family conflict, community work, or emotionally-demanding roles.

Tim Nation is the Executive Director and Cofounder of Peace Learning Center. With a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana State University, Tim is driven by the belief that everyone can be a peacemaker, regardless of age or background. Under his leadership, Peace Learning Center focuses on teaching youth and adults alike the skills needed to resolve conflicts and build healthy relationships.
