The way your employees or volunteers interact can make all the difference between success and struggle with any project. You may not think about issues such as understanding conflict styles and appreciating diversity every day, but they have a direct impact on your daily operations.

At Peace Learning Center, we create individualized programs that can help identify and overcome the underlying social-emotional issues that are holding back your organization from achieving maximum success. We offer fun and interactive on-site workshops and multi-day retreats at our beautiful learning center in Indianapolis’s Eagle Creek Park.

All of our program facilitators have also received training as part of the “Help Increase the Peace Project,” an American Friends Service Committee program to address interpersonal violence, prejudice and injustice. They can train members of your company or nonprofit to serve as an in-house resource for peaceful conflict resolution and greater understanding.
