Natural spaces invite us to slow down and reconnect with what our bodies and minds need. This hands-on afternoon explores accessible, evidence-based ways to use time outdoors, creativity, and body awareness to support emotional balance — and why nature helps calm the nervous system in the first place.

No experience with meditation, movement, or art required. Come as you are.

What You’ll Experience

  • Meditative walking through the autumn landscape
  • Sensory-awareness and grounding practices
  • Reflective nature journaling
  • Gentle movement and nature-inspired creative activities
  • Simple techniques for calming the nervous system

This Is for You If…

  • You’ve been feeling stressed, depleted, or disconnected
  • You’re curious about mindfulness but prefer hands-on practices
  • You want sustainable wellness tools that fit real life
  • You just need permission to slow down for an afternoon

Join us amid the autumn beauty of Eagle Creek Park. You don’t need to be an artist, a meditator, or an outdoor enthusiast — just willing to pause and see what nature makes possible.
