Spend a peaceful Sunday afternoon immersed in nature, reflection, and renewal at our Personal Peace Practices Retreat in Eagle Creek Park led by Retreat Specialist Heidi Fledderjohn.
Join us at 12:30 p.m. for registration and light refreshments before beginning the sessions.
From 1-4, Heidi will guide you through simple techniques to quiet your mind, find balance, and deepen your sense of peace through guided practices.
Let this Sunday be a gift of gentle movement, a guided nature walk, personal reflection, creative exploration, and meaningful connections with others.
Together, we’ll learn reflection exercises that inspire clarity and self-discovery, along with opportunities to share and listen in a supportive, welcoming community.
