Program Price: $150 Per Camper / Space 40 / Youth will bring their own lunch, snacks will be provided once a day.
Middle School students, get ready to become the leaders of tomorrow at Changemakers Camp! This transformative week-long experience is designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge you need to make a real difference in your community and beyond. At Changemakers Camp, you'll dive into topics that matter, exploring social justice issues, developing leadership skills, and learning how to advocate for yourself and others. Through engaging discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects, you'll build the confidence to stand up for what you believe in and lead with empathy and integrity.
What We’ll Do:
- Leadership Development: Participate in activities that build confidence, communication skills, and the ability to lead others effectively.
- Advocacy Workshops: Learn how to speak up for yourself and others, and discover the tools to become a powerful advocate for change.
- Social Justice Exploration: Engage in discussions and projects that explore important social issues, helping you understand the impact of inequality and how to work toward justice.
- Empathy Building: Develop a deeper understanding of others' experiences and learn how to approach challenges with compassion and fairness.
- Creative Expression & Team Projects: Work on collaborative projects that combine creativity with advocacy, allowing you to express your ideas and passions in impactful ways.
- Outdoor Activities & Team Building: Enjoy fun outdoor games and challenges that promote teamwork, leadership, and building connections with your fellow campers.
